I'm BACK

I'm back and I mean it this time!

My life has been so crazy busy, no wonder I'm so tired.
We are on the go go go and I want to slow down. I need to slow down.

I'm trying to get off cokes. I often say I have coca-cola running through my veins, that's how much coke I normaly drink.
I've been doing pretty good with that, but there have been a few days were I had an awful headache that only a coke could help.
One coke a week is so much better than what I used to drink.

I'm also trying to eat better. I usually wake up and go all day without eating anything then around 3PM I'm sick. That is so bad for a fat woman to do because the body tells it'self to hold on to the fat cells. Then I eat at night after Elijah has gone to bed, again that is so bad. Eating at night is the worst time to eat.
So now I have been eating a simple breakfast such as two eggs and an orange, yogurt for snack, turkey wrap for lunch and a big salad for dinner. I do eat more on some days and we still eat out some, but I'm making better choices. Oh and I'm drinking my water.

I've been walking at the college and I bought myself a bicycle! Yes, a bicycle! My legs haven't got used to riding it yet, but I'll keep working at it.

Please pray for me to keep it up if you think about it!

Welcome back, Sugga!! We of the blogosphere wondered if you fell of the face of the earth. I'm so glad you're back!! :)

That's great that you got a bike! :) Getting regular exercise will help your stress level. At least I have noticed that I'm not as high strung on a day I have exercised.

I didn't realize you were starving yourself all day. My oldest child has started eating more but smaller meals because he feels like he loses better that way. Do you think that has anything to do with not wanting to eat in front of Elijah?

Speaking of the little man, I swiped my sil's old Cabbage Patch Kids a week or so ago. There's a boy one that has curly, dark red hair whom I call Elijah for the time being. When my sil has kids some day and realizes the error of her ways (she told her Dad to just get rid of the CPKs), she can go back to calling him Barth, his "real" name. 'Til then, Elijah sits on a shelf with the other dolls where my favorite Aunt can see them.

It's great to see you on here. :) Take care!

I added that middle sentence later. I was asking if you think your waiting all day to eat has anything to do with eating in front of Elijah, not whether you think my child eating more but smaller meals has to do with eating in front of Elijah.

I'm going to bed now! Good night!

Thank you Esther.
How cute about the CPK!

I love my bike. It's a purple mountain bike. I didn't get to ride last week while we working so hard at decluttering, but I'll get back to it this week.

I'm not starving myself. At least I don't feel like I am. I do eat some fruit between lunch and dinner and if I want something before bed I'm eating popcorn.
I've got to get some of this weight off! It's killing me!

see you around the web! ;)
and thanks for the comment

Sugga Mama, you are living my life one step ahead of me! LOL First with the decluttering and now the eating better and exercising. I haven't totally gone off the deep end with my eating, but it isn't as good as it should be. And the exercise is almost non-existent until my doctor releases me from my restrictions. But that will come very soon. Keep up the good work, my friend!
