Rice Crispy Sushi

Today the kids and I tried to make candy sushi.

Ours did not turn out like this....


I bought ingredients to make it safe as possible for Elijah.


Elijah thought it was looking pretty gross at this point and he kept saying he was not going to eat it.


So ours did not turn out like the picture above, but I bet outs tasted better! wink wink

This was quick and fun. You can google rice crispy sushi to find a recipe to give this a try.

By the way, Elijah did eat 3 so he must have liked them.
